Worked examples with real course prices
The examples below use the listed prices of the four ISO 9001 courses on the ISO 9001 standard page on 24 October 2026: Foundation 125 AED, Internal Auditor 350 AED, Lead Auditor 1,200 AED and Implementer 1,200 AED. Example 1: a 5-person quality team
- Need: each person takes all four ISO 9001 courses, 20 courses in total.
- Per course: 2,875 AED per person, 14,375 AED for the team (26,350 AED at regular prices).
- Business license: 10,000 AED, with 5 courses still unused.
- Result: 4,375 AED less than the discounted per-course total, plus five spare courses for a second standard.
Example 2: a 10-person quality, HSE and compliance team
- Need: each person takes an internal auditor and a lead auditor course, 20 courses in total. Priced here at the ISO 9001 rates (350 + 1,200 AED).
- Per course: 1,550 AED per person, 15,500 AED for the team.
- Corporate license: 15,000 AED, with 30 courses still unused.
- Result: a lower total, and 30 more courses the team can use for other standards, such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
Example 3: when paying per course wins
- Need: one person takes the ISO 9001 Foundation course and one internal auditor course.
- Per course: 475 AED.
- Individual license: 5,000 AED.
- Result: buy the courses individually from the course catalogue. A license only pays off when the number of courses grows.
Rule of thumb: divide the license fee by the number of courses your team will really take. If that figure is below the per-course price you would otherwise pay, the license is the better deal.
Why a fixed fee suits GCC quality, HSE and compliance teams
- Competence evidence for audits. ISO management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 include a competence requirement (clause 7.2): the organization has to determine the competence people need and keep evidence of it. Course certificates for a whole team help provide that evidence.

How to choose the right plan
- Count the learners. One person: Individual. Two to five: Business. Six to ten: Corporate. More than ten: ask for a Custom or Enterprise plan.

- Leave a few spare courses. New standards, new projects and new requirements tend to appear during the year.

What to know before you buy
- Seats are fixed. Licenses and accounts are non-transferable, and a seat cannot be reassigned to a different person. Choose learners who will stay in the role.
- Training is not personnel certification. Itmad Academy's training is approved by Exemplar Global, as listed on the accreditations page. Frequently asked questions
Can a team license mix different ISO standards?
Yes. Each plan covers any courses of your choice up to the plan limit, so one team can combine ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other standards. Courses are counted in total across the team, not per person.
Can we replace a learner who leaves the company?
No. User seats are fixed for the license and cannot be reassigned to a different person. Courses already enrolled stay with the original learner, with lifetime access.
Will GCC employers recognise self-paced team training?
Itmad Academy's training is approved by Exemplar Global, which is based in the USA. Each certificate can be checked online through the certificate verification page, so an employer or client does not have to take it on trust.
What if we need more than 10 learners?
Custom and Enterprise plans scale to any number of users and courses. Request one through the license page and describe the team size and the standards you need.
How can we pay for a license?
Payment options include credit and debit cards, Tabby instalments for UAE residents, PayPal, bank transfer and secure payment links. License prices exclude VAT, which applies to UAE residents.
