Yes. All Itmad Academy courses are delivered 100% online and are entirely self-paced. There are no fixed sessions, no physical attendance, and no time zone restrictions.
Course durations vary: Foundation courses are 6 hours, Internal Auditor courses 16 hours, Lead Auditor courses 40 hours, and Implementer courses 24 hours. You can spread these across any number of days.
Enrollment & Access
Browse our courses, add your chosen course to the cart, and complete checkout. You can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), Tabby (4 interest-free instalments), or bank transfer.
Within 2–24 hours of payment confirmation you receive your portal login credentials by email. Card and Tabby payments are usually confirmed faster than bank transfers.
All courses are hosted on our Moodle-based learning portal at my.itmadacademy.com. Your username and a temporary password are sent by email after enrollment is confirmed.
No. You have lifetime access to your enrolled courses. Take as long as you need.
Assessment & Certificate
Assessments are conducted as online quizzes. Some quizzes may include a 5–10 minute timer, which will be clearly shown before the quiz starts.
Each quiz allows up to three retake attempts. In each retake the questions may be reshuffled.
You may repurchase the course at 40% of the original fee and continue from the same point where you stopped. You do not need to restart from the beginning.
Once you successfully complete the course and pass all assessments, your digital certificate is available immediately for download from your learning portal account.
Yes. Any certificate issued by Itmad Academy can be verified at my.itmadacademy.com/mod/customcert/verify_certificate.php.
No. Certificate names are generated from the full legal name provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.
License & Teams
A License subscription gives your entire organization access to all 153 existing courses — plus every new course we add in the future. Unlimited employees can be enrolled under a single license.
Yes. The license is designed specifically for corporate and team use. HR and L&D teams can manage enrollments, track completions, and download certificates through the portal.
Lead Auditor certification is not applicable for ISO/IEC 170-series standards. These standards are intended for assessors working within accreditation bodies, and the relevant training is delivered by accreditation authorities.
